The board of CombinedX AB (publ) has, in accordance with Nasdaq's recommendations for the First North Premier Growth Market, decided to follow the Swedish corporate governance code. In this, chapter 7 states how the board's work is to be conducted in terms of committee work and in accordance with this, a Remuneration Committee and an Audit Committee are established.
